On September 12, 2024, our co-founder Dr. Vivek Subramaniam had the privilege of speaking at the IMU Alumni Leadership Talk. Dr. Vivek shared his unique leadership journey, offering practical insights on how doctors can step into leadership roles both within and beyond clinical practice.
Dr. Vivek’s talk encouraged young alumni to broaden their perspectives, inspiring them to consider alternative career paths and to find impactful ways to contribute to healthcare outside of traditional roles. By sharing his experiences, he highlighted that leadership in healthcare extends far beyond clinical walls, emphasizing the value of adaptability, innovation, and purpose.
