WHEN?
The H-Innovator Challenge registration is open from 1st May to 15th July. You can register as a team or as a solo professional.
The finale pitch will be held on Day 2 of the Disruptive Doctors Conference 2025
HOW?
Once launched, you and your teams will be taught step by step on how to create a valid idea. Winners get the chance to receive the cash prize to propel their idea further and also networking possibilites with our industry partner to bring their idea to life.

H-Innovators emerged from the collective passion of determined doctors who refused to be bound by the antiquated ways of the current healthcare system.
These doctors, fueled by an steadfast commitment to innovation, founded H-Innovators as a launchpad for their fellow healthcare professionals.
Our primary mission is to dismantle the outdated models, systems, and mindsets that hinder innovative growth and usher in a new HealthTech and MedTech revolution that’s focused on the patients.

- Gather a team of 1-5 healthcare professional or 2-5 students who are passionate about innovation in healthcare. Brainstorm and come up with a unique name for your team that reflects your vision and goals.

- Ensure that every member of your team is a member of the Disruptive Doctors platform.
Step 3: All Members Registration
- Please remember to enter each member’s details into the H-Innovator Registration Google Form. During registration, make sure to enter your team name in the designated field.
Step 4: Wait for Confirmation
- Once the application period closes, our team will review all submissions. If your team meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Step 5: Get Ready to Innovate
- Congratulations! You are now part of the H-Innovators Challenge. Prepare to showcase your innovative ideas and solutions that could revolutionize healthcare.

Common Questions
Do I need to be a doctor to join the challenge?
Any healthcare professional and/or student can join the challenge including individuals like pharmacists, nurses, biochemists, medical physicists, etc.
How to register?

How many team members?
Professionals/Entreprenuers Category: 1-5 members
Student Category: 2-5 members, they can be from the same university of a mix of members from different universities
Do all team members need to register?
Yes. Every participant/team member needs to register.
What is the time commitment?
The first workshop day of the challenge on the 1st of August as well as pitching sessions will be live sessions conducted by our education partner Leet Academy . Otherwise the challenge provides access to on demand material to peruse at your own time.
We understand that most healthcare professionals are short on time and we aim to accomodate.
I don’t have technical skills, can I still join?
Absolutely, this is a non-technical challenge and we welcome participants from diverse backgrounds
Who will own my IP?
You and your teammates own the IP! Companies may contact the participants to discuss possible collaboration in any way.
Where does this take place?
The majority of this challenge is virtual, as long as you have internet access you can be anywhere in the world.
The demo day however will be held at Sime Darby Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during our Disruptive Doctors Conference & Exhibition 2025. Finalists will be inivited to the event to do final pitchings and the winner wiill be announced during the event.
I have never participated in an innovation challenge, should I register?
Definitely! We provide all required materials and resources for experienced participants and for the new-ones.
No reason to worry, we will support you every step of the way!
