Dr Safwan Zharif Zaini is Medical Director at Sanofi Pasteur, a branch of Sanofi, an innovative global pharmaceutical company based in France. He was a House Officer at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kota Kinabalu, and was a Medical Officer for six years before taking a leap of faith and making a successful career change. He obtained his MBBS degree from the University of Malaya. He also holds the Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (LFOM) from The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI).
