The Job

  1. Product Promotion: Promote the company’s cell and gene therapy products to healthcare professionals and customers
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cell and gene therapy products, their mechanism of action, clinical applications, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and clients
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales.
  4. Customer Education: Provide customer with up-to-date information and educational materials on our products, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in using our therapies.
  5. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the market, identify trends, and assess the competitive landscape to develop strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
  6. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.
  7. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, market intelligence, and sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Training and Development: Stay current on the latest advancements in cell and gene therapy, attend product training sessions, and participate in professional development programs.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD) from recognized medical school, life sciences field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend conferences and meetings as necessary.
