Position Summary

Oversees clinical operations and provides expert medical oversight for the company stem cell therapies. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and delivering safe, effective treatments to patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise medical procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.

• Review patient cases and provide expert recommendations for treatment plans.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure the efficacy and safety of medical services.

• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory authorities, ensuring all operations meet legal and
ethical standards.

• Oversee documentation for audits, licensing renewals, and compliance reporting.

• Keep the medical team updated on changes in healthcare regulations and policies.

• Train and mentor clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Lead medical meetings to discuss patient care improvements and operational updates.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.

•  Consult with patients to explain procedures, answer queries, and address concerns.

• Ensure a positive patient experience by promoting empathy and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Medical degree with a valid PIC license.

• Minimum 5 years in a clinical or administrative leadership role.

• Expertise in healthcare regulations and clinical protocols.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in medical software and administrative tools.

• Clinic-based role with responsibilities requiring interaction with regulatory authorities.

• Flexibility to address urgent medical or operational issues as needed.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic healthcare setting.

• Highly professional and ethical approach.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Menara Manulife, Damansara Heights (for the time being as we are still in early stage)

Salary

RM8-10K (xcluding travel allowance, open to negotiate on the budget)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable based on overall performance)

Work Hours: 5 days work, 9 to 6 pm (rest days TBC most likely Mondays & Tuesdays)

Overtime: Special occasion applies, case to case basis
