The company was re-structured with the vision to expand aggressively within Malaysia and Asian region. The founders of the company have over 50 years of combined experience in the healthcare and medical devices industries with market expertise in ASEAN, Middle East and India.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  2. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  3. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  4. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  5. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  6. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  7. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  8. Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  9. Maintaining client activities in CRM (customer relationship management)
  10. Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  11. Developing rapport with key decision makers
  12. Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  13. Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  14. Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  15. Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
  16. Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
  17. To perform all other duties instructed by the Management from time to time.
