We’re seeking a ‘Senior Medical ‘Doctorpreneur’ who brings not just clinical expertise but the presence, refinement, and judgment to care for discerning clientele. This is the first clinic—the model that will expand across Malaysia and Southeast Asia You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a fast-growing, venture-funded company with the opportunity to shape its medical direction and potentially share in its long-term success.

Clinical Excellence
• Deliver in-depth consultations, preventative screenings, and wellness reviews with discretion and attention to detail.
• Design and monitor personalized care journeys-leveraging lab results, lifestyle diagnostics, and allied health input.
• Serve as a long-term health partner, not just a prescriber.
• Provide second-opinion and interpretation support for complex cases or executive health decisions.
• Maintain clear, high-integrity records and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Client Experience
• Build lasting relationships with clients and their families-earning trust through clarity, consistency, and compassion.
• Communicate medical insights in a way that empowers intelligent decision-making without jargon.
• Represent the clinic’s ethos: effortless excellence, grounded expertise, and service without pretense.
Leadership & Innovation
• Collaborate seamlessly with the clinic manager, allied health professionals, and locum doctors to deliver a cohesive, high-touch client experience.
• Support clinic strategy, new product/service development, and quality assurance as part of the leadership team.
• Guide junior clinicians and allied health staff through thoughtful mentoring.
• Embrace and contribute to health tech initiatives (e.g. dashboards, AI analytics, wearable data) to improve client experience.
• Stay current with clinical innovations relevant to preventive and integrative care.
•Applicants must hold Malaysian citizenship.
• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution with valid APC and MMC registration.
• At least 7 years of clinical experience, ideally in private or corporate medicine.
• Track record of serving senior-level professionals, high-net-worth individuals, or
private families is valued.
• Polished communicator with strong clinical reasoning and emotional intelligence.
• Tech-savvy and open to integrating data, devices, and AI tools to support client care.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Spoken Mandarin is an asset.

Clinic Operating Hours:
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (shift-based)
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Telehealth Operating Hours (Doctors Only):
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
