Established in 2009, Custom Medz is Malaysia’s first compounding pharmacy. We specialise in extemporaneous preparations related to bioidentical hormones, dermatology, pain management, urology, fertility, nutraceuticals, and discontinued medications.

We take extra steps to ensure quality and safety by ensuring all products prepared have step by step Standard Operation Procedure’s in place. This ensures all technicians can repeat and achieve the same quality every time.
Batch analysis is conducted by an accredited university in Australia. Random samples of capsules and creams are selected then sent for analytical testing to establish assay, pH and microbial count thus ensuring we deliver a quality product that is safe and efficacious. Our staff are trained in USP 795 Pharmaceutical Compounding which include; Nonsterile Preparations
The preparation, mixing, assembling, altering, packaging, and labeling of a drug drug-delivery device or device in and labeling of a drug, drug delivery device, or device in accordance with a licensed practitioner’s prescription, medication order, or initiative based on the practitioner / patient / pharmacists relationship in the course of professional practice.
Raw Materials
All raw materials are imported from trusted sources. Our fundamental believe is “Good Starting Materials will ensure Good Final Products”. Another important reason for the disclosure of our raw materials is our moral responsibility towards the sensitivity of multicultural and religious backgrounds of our doctors and their patients.

2013, established a joint venture in Indonesia under PT Apotek Kencana Raya.
2016, established a joint venture in India, Custom Medz Pvt Ltd.
2017, opened the second branch in Penang under Pythagore Sdn Bhd.
2024, established another joint venture in India, Zenovira Compounding Pvt Ltd.
